Some examples of what might construe a misfit include: Misalignments in seams, excess needle punctures near the beak (covered with tape for functionality), wrinkles or misalignment in the penguin graphic, tape\/glue exposure which may cause areas next to the seam to look a little dirty, etc.  These issues are usually very minor and only noticed by discerning eyes.
